The following programs are offered by Bridgewater Recreation:

FAMILY

Tang Soo Do karate

Learn the skills from black-belt instructor Lorraine Dunn-Laranetto of Bridgewater. Classes open to all those aged 7 and older will meet Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for 10 weeks starting Aug. 15 at Burnham School. Cost will be $70 for a family's first student and $50 for each additional family member.

Bo staff training

Learn the skills of stick fighting from instructor Lorraine Dunn-Laranetto of Bridgewater.

Classes open to those aged 7 and older will meet Thursdays from 7:35 to 8 p.m. for 10 weeks starting Aug. 15 at Burnham Schoolost will be $60 for a family's first student and $40 for each additional family member.

The program will be free to those enrolled in Tang Soo Do karate who have achieved apprentice purple belt designation or higher.

YOUTH

Lessons instucted by Stephen Riley on the Harris Courts at the recreation area will meet Aug. 5-9 from 4:30 to 5:30 for those aged 7-10 and from 5:30 to 6:30 for those aged 11 and older at the cost of $60. Participants are asked to bring a racquet, although some may be available.
