Culinary school to offer program
The Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut in New Milford is recruiting students for a session to begin Feb. 7.
The school was established to provide unemployed and underemployed men and women with the skills they need to find jobs with career paths in the food service industry.
Classes instructed by Chef Blythe Roberts will be held Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The school is located at St. John's Episcopal Church at 7 Whittlesey Ave. in New Milford.
