The curtain will rise this evening (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) at 8 p.m. for the final performances of Shepaug Valley High School's production of comical "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare -- Abridged."

The farce will include scenes representing 37 plays, poems and sonnets by Shakespeare.

Tickets are $10 for an adult and $8 for a student or senior citizen.

Aaron Dwyer, Everett O'Reilly-Narciso and Eddie Anderson, all residents of Washington, perform the play.

This spring, the school will present the Broadway hit musical "Chicago".
