The Glenholme School in Washington recently received a visit from two guest chefs, Johnny Iuzzini and David Arnold.

Glenholme parent, Janet Livingston, and her son, Sam, helped coordinate the Aug. 16 visit.

Mr. Iuzzini, who recently named the head judge for Bravo's Top Chef, is executive pastry chef at Restaurant Jean Georges of NYC.

Mr. Arnold is the director of the French Culinary Institute's technology.

The chefs created treats using unique equipment and exciting methods.

Students delighted over ice cream created via instant freezing through the use of liquid nitrogen, chocolate noodles crafted with life-saving medical equipment and pineapples infused with blueberry juice by means of a vacuum chamber.
