Canterbury to stage Shakespeare's 'Dream'
Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" is being presented this week by student actors at Canterbury School in New Milford.
The show opened Thursday and will be presented Friday, Nov. 21. Doors will open at Maguire Auditorium at 7:30 for an 8 p.m. curtain.
Free seating will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The cast features New Milford-area students Jonah LaVigne as Demetrius, Lucy Sowerby as Hippolyta, Lily Johns as Hermia, Molly Street as a fairy, Sam Hannan as Francis Flute and Tristan Kane, of New Milford, as Robin Starveling, and Loren Winters, of Sherman, as Titania.
Among the stage crew are Thomas Esposito and Tristan Kane, of New Milford.
