The Kent Memorial Library on Main Street is offering a wellness series Wednesdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Offerings will include therapeutic touch March 18, using one's mind and spirit to heal the body March 25, emotional freedom techniques tapping April 1, losing weight April 8, crystal singing bowls April 15, memory loss prevention and aging process improvements April 22, and abundance medicine May 13.

In addition, yoga and meditation will be offered March 22 from 1 to 2 p.m.

Also, topics to be determined will be discussed April 29 and May 6.
