Thousands of motorists drive through the intersection Bridge and Railroad streets in New Milford on a daily basis. Traffic was much less busy in the late 1800s, shown above in this photograph which looks north on Railroad Street. To the left is the railroad station and prominent to the right is the Young’s Hotel.
