Gunn Memorial Library in Washington has announced patrons may now borrow Watts Up, energy-monitoring devices.

The devices will help patrons determine how much electricity their home electrical appliances are using and the cost associated with that use.

The units will circulate for one week.

The Washington Environmental Council (WEC) is collaborating with the library's Partners in Energy Conservation to make these devices available for loan.

For more information, visit the Wykeham Road library or check WEC's Web site at at www.wec-ct.org.
