The following are programs offered by Washington's Parks & Recreation Department.
Programs must be pre-paid. Application forms are available outside the Parks & Recreation office during Bryan Memorial Town Hall hours. Office hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Classes for juniors aged 7-12 and those older from 13 to 99 meet Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at Washington Montessori School. Cost for a 10-week session would be $65 per student (and $45 per additional family member). For information, call instructors Tom and Roberta O'Neil at 203-266-5889.
Boston bus trip
An April 18 bus trip to Beantown will celebrate the 235th anniversary of Paul Revere's ride and help Shepaug Valley High School student Nick Gueniat complete his senior project. Departure will be at 7 a.m. from Bryan Memorial Town Hall. The bus will leave Boston at 4 p.m. Cost of $60 will include transportation, an Old Town trolley tour, a guided walk of the Freedom Trail.
