The following are programs offered by Washington's Parks & Recreation Department.
Programs must be pre-paid. Application forms are available outside the Parks & Recreation office during Bryan Memorial Town Hall hours. Office hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Yankees vs. Rangers
An Aug. 25 bus trip will head to The Bronx in New York City to see the Yankees play the Texas Rangers at Yankee Stadium. The bus will depart at 3 p.m. from Bryan Memorial Town Hall. Cost will be $75 including transportation, ticket and driver's tip.
Classes for juniors aged 7-12 and those older from 13 to 99 meet Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at Washington Montessori School. Cost for a 10-week session is $60 per student (and $40 per additional family member). For information, call Tom and Roberta O'Neil at (203) 266-5889.
Note: Those participating in ongoing programs at town hall should park behind town hall.
Classes coordinated by Denise Arturi meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. and Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. upstairs in Bryan Memorial Town Hall. Experience is not necessary. Cost is $10 for drop in or $100 for 16 classes over an eight-week period. for information, call (860) 868-2880.
