The Jewish Community Center in Sherman will present a performance of "Tea at 5" March 17. Cocktails will be offered at 7 p.m. The show, starring Noel Desiato as Katharine Hepburn, will start at 8 p.m. Set in the living room of Hepburn's New England estate, "Tea at Five" is based on her autobiography, "Me: Stories of My Life." A two-act play, the story opens in 1938 after the actress was branded "box office poison" by theater owners. The second act takes place 55 years later in 1983 as she battles Parkinson's disease. Tickets are $25 for members and $30 for nonmembers. For more information, call the JCCS at 9 Route 39 S. at 860-355-8050.
