The Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut based in New Milford was recently the beneficiary of a donation from Nicholas/Tobin & Associates totaling $6,200. The donation was raised at the 10th annual A Taste of New Milford held Sept. 9 on the Village Green in town. The Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce event, which is sponsored and organized by Nicholas/Tobin & Associates Insurance, drew over 850 people to sample delicacies from over 30 restaurants, bakers and caterers. Local wineries and breweries were also in attendance.
