The Iron Law New Milford Chapter Motorcycle Club, in its inaugural year, recently raised over $4,000 for the VFW in town. The motorcycle club, made up of local law enforcement and veterans, sponsored a Sept. 26 pig roast at the VFW to raise funds for the organization. Guests had an opportunity to have their picture taken with a Hummer, used in the movie “The Sniper,” courtesy of the U.S. Military Museum in Danbury. Among the event sponsors were The Cookhouse, R&R Protective Services, New Milford Septic, New Milford Police Union, Chemero Realty, Body Graffiti Tattoo, Amore Ristorante, Litchfield Tax Services, Glacier Computer, Cigar Republic,,CCA Engineering and Allstate Insurance.
