St. John's sets holiday bazaar

St. John's Episcopal Church in Washington will hold open its 23rd annual holiday bazaar with a preview party Nov. 30 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
The bazaar will be open Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event at the 78 Green Hill Road church will feature furnishings and accessories for the home and person, antiques and treasures from Litchfield County decorators, attic troves, treats from St. John's Larder, orchids, plants and topiary from a greenhouse, the Elegant Elephant, and live and silent auctions.
New this year will be a Street of Shops, where treasures from near and far will be featured, including items from Nina Campbell, the Stephanie Hoppen Gallery, Angela Alvarez, Campus Peddler, Catch All Gifts, CMM Designs, the PK Collection and the Valerie Peyton Horn Collection
Tickets to the preview party are $100 for angels and $50 for friends if purchased by Nov. 23, or $65 a the door.
