Spectrum shares letters policy

The Spectrum welcomes Letters to the Editor.
Letters should not exceed 300 words although, occasionally, The Spectrum publishes issue-oriented pieces not to exceed 600 words.
All submissions must be signed and include the writer's town of residence (for publication) as well as home address and phone number (not for publication).
In keeping with longstanding policy, letters to the editor regarding the April 29 referendum in Region 12 will not be published in the April 25 edition.
Referendum-related letters received by Tuesday, April 15 are included in this edition and also posted at www.newmilfordspectrum.com.
The deadline for all other letters for the April 25 edition will be Tuesday at noon.
