A “Show of Talent” will be presented Dec. 6 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center in Sherman.

The show will feature musicians and performers Don Lowe, Bob Brophy, Louis Civitano and Christopher England, along with Robbyn and Autumn German.

Proceeds from this show will help benefit the New Fairfield/Sherman Animal Welfare Society, as well as Robbyn's Nest Mommy and Me and Tutoring Learning Center in town.

Lowe has performed at venues across the country and opened for many national acts, and is the open mic host for the Towne Crier Café.

The Blue Yodels are an acoustic duo featuring Felicia Michael and Bob Brophy of New Milford, who have performed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut for more than 10 years.

England has been featured on national television and radio when he sang and acted in the nationally broadcasted Christmas Special, “A Living Christmas Tree,” in 1994. He has sung, acted, written and directed professionally, and held many lead roles in musical theater and in numerous community theaters.

Admission to the show at the 9 Route 39 South center is $15 for adults and $5 for children under 18. Tickets will be available at the door, but reserveations are suggested by calling 860-355-8989.
