Gunn Memorial Library in Washington has announced the schedule for its upcoming "Wi-Fi & Wine," an introductory and instructional Internet class series for seniors.

Georgina Duff, who holds a master's degree in educational technology from Fairfield University, will lead the series at the Wykeham Road library.

Topics will include "You Can Book IT," focusing on utilizing e-readers, audio books, iTunesU, podcasts and Kahn Academy, Jan. 21 at 6 p.m., with a snow date of Jan. 23; "Music to My Ears," focusing on how to download from iTunes, Pandora and Shazam, and how to use tuners, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m., with a snow date of Jan. 30; "Get Connected & Stay Social," focusing on the realms of communication and social media outlets, Feb. 4 at 6 p.m., with a snow date of Feb. 6; "Just the Facts," focusing on the news, financials with various applications, Feb. 11 at 6 p.m., with a snow date of Feb. 13; and "Food, Fitness & Fun," focusing on everyday activities with food, fitness and fun applications, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m., with a snow date of Feb. 20.

It is not necessary to bring a device, but participants may do so.
