The Silo at Hunt Hill Farm in New Milford will open an exhibit, “Wonderment,” with a reception Nov. 21 from 3 to 6 p.m.

The show, which will run through Jan. 3, will feature works by Lauren Cotton, Katherine Daniels, Nancy Daubenspeck, Amelia de Neergaard, Celia Johnson, Amber Maida and Audrey Stone.

Local artists Jessica Jane Russell is the curator.

Russell’s inspiration for the exhibit derived both from a quote from Silo founder Skitch Henderson, in which he described Hunt Hill Farm as “symphony of wonderment and joy,” as well as a desire to highlight and promote the crafting medium.

All seven artists will be exhibiting artwork utilizing materials and techniques inherited from more traditional crafting processes.

The Silo Gallery and Store are open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
