White Silo Farm & Winery in Sherman will hold its third annual quince festival Nov. 5 from noon to 5 p.m.

Six dishes made with organic quince will be served for a fee.

The menu will include bread salad with manchego cheese and membrillo, quince and butternut squash soup, panna cotta with quince compote, quince and walnut panini, quince /ham/blue cheese pinxtos, and the NY Times featured White Silo Thanksgiving recipe with quince, onion and bacon.

Quince mustard and quince jam will be available.

Don Lowe will provide music from 1 to 4 p.m., and outdoor tours will be offered, weather permitting, at the 32 Route 37 East farm.
