The second annual Pumpkins in the Dark event will be held Oct. 24 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in New Milford.

Festivities, sponsored by New Milford PTO in association with the New Milford High School Grad Party Committee, will take place at Sarah Noble Intermediate School on Sunny Valley Road.

Activities will include a jack-o-lantern display, pumpkin decorating, face painting, food, Disney characters and a haunted hallway.

The haunted hallway will be less scary from 5 to 5:30 p.m.

Admission is $5 per person and free for a child 5 and under. A family of four or more will be charged $20.

One free admission will be given for each donated pumpkin with a three-inch votive candle. Pumpkins should be delivered Oct. 23 from 3:30 to 6 p.m. and Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
