Junior room offerings will include Intermediate Nutmeg Discussion Group May 12 at 3:30 p.m.; a henna and Bollywood party for girls in grades 5 and up May 12 at 7 p.m.; Teen Nutmeg Discussion Group, featuring a talk about “The Copper Gauntlet” by Holly Black and Cassandra Clare, May 15 at 3:30 p.m.; a story hour for ages 2 to 9 May 27 at 10:30 a.m.; Rhythm and Rhyme for children birth to 3 May 16, 23 and 30 and June 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 10:45 a.m.; Lunch Bunch May 18 and 25 and June 1, 8, 15 and 22 at 12:30 p.m.; Lunch Bunch at Emery park June 29 at noon;

Adult offerings will include a discussion of “The Buddha in the Attic” by Julie Otsaka May 18 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.; the kickoff of the annual book sale May 26 from noon to 5 p.m., followed by sale hours May 27 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and May 28 from noon to 5 p.m.; a health talk with Dr. Katherine Layman, naturopathic family physician, June 2 at 2:30 p.m.; a book talk and signing with Matthew M. Duman, author and photographer of “An Education in the Grotesque: The Gargoyles of Yale University,” June 10 at 2 p.m.; Color Your World June 12 at 2 p.m. (at senior center); a discussion of “Hotel at the Corner of Bitter and Sweet” by Jamie Ford June 15 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.; the spring gala June 24 from 5 to 8 p.m.
