Places trust in FBI in inheritance case
To the Editor:
What's left for a citizen to do when the police, prosecutors and judges refuse to respond to what I believe are serious crimes?
Next step? The FBI.
It is a shame people of power, particularly attorneys and judges, are allowed to keep an heir from collecting rightful inheritance.
Prosecutors and higher courts shouldn't be enablers.
My story is hard to believe, but it is for real.
The police have refused to take action, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
I've asked the FBI to investigate others involved in violating the children's trust fund, as suggested by a paralegal from the criminal division of the United States Justice Department.
Hopefully, the FBI will reveal why an investigation didn't take place.
The estate is not closed because I'm appealing the illogical, inconsiderate and hypocritical court decree authorizing the sale of my children's property since January 2012.
The state Supreme Court could remove some weight off my request of the FBI. A petition for certification is soon to be decided regarding what I consider crimes.
The court should hear it.
I pray the FBI takes the weight off my shoulders and tackles these issues.
Who but the FBI could straighten out such a situation?
