Paula B. Gillotti, 56, of New Fairfield, died April 11 at Danbury Hospital.

She was born in Bridgeport, daughter of Nancy Ann (White) Fischer, of New Fairfield, and the late Dr. Paul H. Fischer.

She was a 1974 graduate of Immaculate High School and received radiological technician and advanced technical training from Danbury and Stamford hospitals.

She worked for Greenwich Hospital prior to her illness. She was an advocate for the fight to cure breast cancer and the original creator of the Teddy Bear Clinic at Greenwich Hospital.

She was always smiling and displayed her warm heart to everyone that she came in contact with.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, David P. Gillotti, and his wife, Barbara, of New Fairfield; and Justin J. Gillotti, and his wife, Jennifer, of Danbury; and a sister, Karen Lee Fischer Perkins, of Sherman. She was predeceased by a son, Matthew M. Gillotti.
