Harrybrooke Park in New Milford will present its fourth annual Haunted Trail fundraising event Oct. 13-14 and 20-21 from 6 to 10 p.m. each day.

Admission is $15 per person, with tickets available in advance at Universe.com/scarrybrooke.

The proceeds of this event will support the park, as well as the Northville Volunteer Fire Department, Knights of Columbus, New Milford Lions Club, The Children's Center and the United Methodist Church.

Advance ticket sales allows guests to bypass the regular admission line, thereby speeding up the process.

“This event is not recommended for those with a weak heart, inability to walk a long distance (almost the entire park), or for those who cannot be near a strobe light,” advised Billy Buckbee, executive director at the park.

The event is also not recommended for children under 12.

The trail winds through the woods and is not presented as accessible for all if they cannot walk the trail’s distance of about one mile.

No alcohol is permitted at the park. Individuals who have been drinking will not be permitted and will not receive a refund.

Guests are asked not to avoid direct contact with the actors for everyone’s safety.

The event is supported by Marandola Fuel, Mark W. Johnson Artesian Well Driling & Pump Service, Bakewell & Mulhare, Moots Pellegrini PC, Housatonic Valley Insurance Agency, Best Buy Discount Tires, Music Together of Greater Danbury, United Alarm, Cumberland Farms, Bravo Pizza and Protech.
