NORWALK — The intersection of Strawberry Hill Avenue and Norden Place will be closed from 6 a.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday to activate a new water main, according to a city statement.

Vehicles traveling through the intersection will be detoured around the closure.

The new water main activities for connection to the First District Water Department facilities will be performed throughout Saturday until the new main is in service, according to the statement.

The water main is associated with the rehabilitation of the Strawberry Hill bridge over Interstate 95.
