NEW MILFORD — Due to the pacing and snow accumulation anticipated throughout the afternoon, New Milford Public Schools has switched to remote learning for Tuesday, according to an email Interim Schools Superintendent Alisha DiCorpo sent to parents.

In the event students’ families experience a power outage, DiCorpo advised contacting the school.

The National Weather Service predicts accumulations of 2 to 4 inches until 8 p.m. this evening, and advises to slow down and use caution while traveling.
