Registration is underway for many programs offered by the New Milford Parks & Recreation Department.

Signup is open for youths from age 4 to grade K-6 for Saturday sessions meeting from Saturday, April 5 to June 7 at the Sarah Noble School fields.
Cost is $45 for residents and $50 for non-residents, with no guarantee of a T-shirt.
Soccer times will be 9-10 a.m. for pre-K to kindergarten; 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. for first through third graders; and 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for fourth through sixth graders.
An April 16 coach bus trip to New York City to see one of three shows -- Motown the Musical for $115, Newsies for $140 and the new Rockette show at Radio City Music Hall Heart and Lights for $83 -- will depart from Patriot's Way at 8 a.m. and leave Manhattan at about 5 p.m.
Cost includes for ticket and transportation.

An April 16 coach bus trip to New York City to see the sights in Manhattan or just enjoy a leisurely day in the city will depart from Patriot's Way at 8 a.m. and leave the city at approximatley 5 p.m.
Cost is $25 per residentor $30 for a non-resident.
Signup is open for classes in basic boating and personal watercraft to fulfill the state's operating requirements.
Classes will meet April 22, 24 and 29 and May 1 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at room 2325 at New Milford High School.
Cost will be $25. Signup is now open.
Registration for the 2014 season at Lynn Deming Park is underway with weekdays sessions from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at New Milford Parks & Recreation at 47 Bridge Street.
Cost of $1,200 also includes one vehicle pass. Applicants must provide proof of New Milford residency, tax documentation or a copy of state registration.
"First Dance" ballroom class for brides, grooms, fathers-of-the-bride and others who want to learn to waltz, tango and rumba will be offered Mondays from 7 to 8 p.m. from Monday, April 7 to May 12 at the Parks & Recreation office. Cost is $65.
