Museum in Kent to hold mineral and fossil sale

KENT — The Connecticut Museum of Mining and Mineral Science at 31 Kent-Cornwall Road (Route 7) will hold its second annual Mineral and Fossil Sale Saturday, July 31. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thousands of specimens from Connecticut, other parts of New England and around the world are expected to be sold to help cover the museum’s new exhibit expenses.
