What are the three most important issues facing the town related to the office being sought, and what are your proposed solutions to each?

Balancing objectivity and fairness: It is vital that board members try each case objectively with an eye on balancing the letter of the law with the needs of property owners. With the recent re-evaluation of property, board members must be sensitive to massive tax increases that will inflict unfair burdens on property owners.

Partisanship: The Board of Assessment Appeals has long proved a paragon of non-partisanship and it is vital that it remains that way.
