Martha Litwin, was sister of New Milford woman
Mrs. Litwin was born in Prairie Farm, Wisc., the daughter of John and Gladys Dahle.
She and her husband operated the Arbutus Farm in Litchfield for 36 years.
She enjoyed making crafts and painting, and taught rug braiding for the Litchfield County Extension Service. She was a member of the Milton Women's Club and the Litchfield Grange, and a communicant of St. Ann Catholic Church in Naples.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Litwin is survived by two daughters, Sandra and her husband John Santa Maria of Torrington, and Mary and her husband Michael Blair of Edmonds, Wash.; a son, attorney Peter Litwin and his wife Eileen Smith-Litwin of Arbutus Farms; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Lorraine Cheney of New Milford; two sisters-in-law, Doris Dahle of Fort Myers, Fla., and Frances Dahle of Massachusetts; and a special friend, Russell Cashman of Torrington. She was predeceased by a grandson, Stuart Blair.
The Fuller Funeral Home of Naples was in charge of arrangements.
