Trevelyn Grace Potter and Frank Michael Carvino were married Sept. 14 at Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls, N.Y. The Rev. Won-Jae Hur performed the double-ring ceremony.

She is the granddaughter of Betty Carlson, of Kent, and has many aunts and uncles in the Greater New Milford area, as well as other family members in Litchfield County.

She is the daughter of Catherine Potter, of Allenstown, N.H., and John Potter, of Chichester, N.H. He is the son of Alberta Carvino of Bloomsburg, Pa. and the late Frank D. Carvino.

Kristin Potter, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Elisabeth Potter, Rosy Beucler and Crystal Ohmen, also cousins of the bride, were bridesmaids.

Nicholas Troychock was the best man. Nathan Gage, Joshua Sivers and Brian Sterner were groomsmen. Brett Potter, the bride's brother, was usher.

The bride earned a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire and a master's degree in environmental management from Duke University. She is a program manager at EBI Consulting in Massachusetts.

The bridegroom earned a dual-major bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and two master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is a registered professional archaeologist and is working as a freelance archaeologist in the New England area.

The couple, who reside in Billerica, Mass., are planning a honeymoon in Europe.
