Holly A. Lee and Ryan M. Whitmore were married Sept. 4 in a garden ceremony on the grounds of the Fox Hill Inn in Brookfield.

The bride is the daughter of Carmella Scarlett of Southbury and Paul Scarlett of Naugatuck. The groom is the son of Kenneth and JoAnn Whitmore of Kent.

Danielle Annis, childhood friend, was maid of honor. Julieann Bellor, Karen Dormevil and Elissa Whitmore were bridesmaids.

Todd Whitmore, brother of the groom, was best man. Patrick Creary, Tom Beucler and Phillip Lee were groomsmen.

A reception was held immediately following the ceremony.

Mrs. Whitmore graduated from Brookfield High School and Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y., with a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice and psychology. She is an account manager in the asset management department for GE Capital in Danbury.

Mr. Whitmore graduated from Housatonic Valley Regional High School in Falls Village and the University of Hartford's College of Engineering. He is a product development engineer at Belimo Innovation in Danbury. He is currently pursuing a masters degree in engineering from the University of Hartford.

After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, they couple resides in Brookfield.
