Library to launch health series

Burnham Library in Bridgewater will present a three-part “New Year, New You” health lecture beginning Feb. 2 at 7 p.m.
Hamilton Brower will be the guest speaker Feb. 2, discussing how he, after receiving a prognosis of “several months to live” back in 1994, shifted from the fear-based survival mode that gripped him for years, to his fearless and empowered roles as a thriver
Dr. Arthur Klein of Family First Chiropractic and Wellness Center in New Milford will be the guest speaker Feb. 9, focusing on ways to prevent Alzheimer's Disease through lifestyle choices and more.
Nutritionist Alison Birks, MS, AGH, CNS will lead the final program, which is in collaboration with the Community Caring in Bridgewataer, Feb. 23.
“Herbs for the Aging Brain” will be the topic of the discussion.”
All programs are free and open to the public and will be held at the 63 Main St. South library.
