New Milford Public Library, as part of the Bibliomation consortium of libraries, will be upgrading its system, which will limit services for the Fourth of July weekend.

The upgrade will begin July 3 at 8 p.m. and end by July 7 at 9 a.m.

During this time, there will be no access to the catalog or personal accounts from home.

The library will be closed July 4. It will be open July 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On July 5, items may be checked out with a card or card number only.

Nothing can be checked in or renewed, no fines can be paid and no access to records will be possible.

Items may be returned, but they cannot be removed from a patron's record until the upgrade is complete.

Nothing is due July 5.

In addition, there will be no Internet access through the public computers in the library, although patrons will have access to WiFi on their laptops.
