To the editor:
The only reason I decided to move back to New Milford and start a family is because of Salsa Restaurant.
Our daughter has been going to Salsa every weekend for five years. She started when she was only two weeks old.
We started our son at one week. You know, you’re a little more laid back with the second kid.
Along with my lovely wife and father-in-law, we have been dining at Billy and Lucy’s restaurant for nearly 15 years. Sometimes twice in a weekend.
We love their food, the hospitality, and especially the staff.
Although I never got to know any of them personally, I consider them friends.
That is what is so inspiring about what Salsa means to us. People just being their absolute best.
I would like to quote The Secret Life of Walter Mitty: “To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, to draw closer, to find each other and to feel. That is the purpose of life.”
