The Kent Historical Society will hold its next Sunday Series program Jan. 24 at 2 p.m.

The program at town hall on Kent Green will feature a talk and book signing with Eric D. Lehman, author of “Homegrown Terror: Benedict Arnold and the Burning of New London.”

Once an accomplished military man ardently supporting the American Revolution, Arnold eventually turned on his friends, neighbors and fellow soldiers to become the terrorist whose name is synonymous with the word “traitor.”

The historical society sponsors the series every other month from September through May.

Admission is free for members of the KHS and $5 for non-members.
