Leading Estates of the World, the original publication dedicated to showcasing the world’s most extraordinary residential estates, recently celebrated its 50th anniversary with the publication of “Golden Horizons.”

A listing with Klemm Real Estate, which serves the Litchfield Hills, including the Greater New Milford area, was featured in “Highlights” from the publication’s estate properties valued in excess of $860 million.

The issue highlights “strategic site locations chosen by entertainers Johnny Carson and Frank Sinatra in Malibu, developers Howard Hughes Corporation in Hawai’i and Related Companies’ Hudson Yards in Manhattan, former President Richard Nixon’s “Western White House” in San Clemente, and The World, a residential community which uniquely is able to change location at will,” said Publisher Chris Webster.

“In addition, we continue our tradition of honoring and showcasing historic museum estates,” Webster said.

A Hudson River mansion listed for $15 million and represented by Peter Klemm was one of the five featured properties.
