The Kent Memorial Library on Main Street has announced its upcoming offerings.

Junior Room events for all ages will include a concert with the Sherman Chamber Ensemble July 6 at 2 p.m. and a dance party with students of the Earl Mosley Institute of the Arts July 14 from 1 to 3 p.m..

Registration is required for all programs.

A new summer reading program for students who will enter fifth through ninth grade is under way.

There will be a book signing with Alan Shayne and Norman Sunshine of Washington, who will speak about their recently published book, "Double Life: A Love Story from Broadway to Hollywood," July 14 from 3 to 5 p.m.

The program will include a reception.
