The Glenholme School in Washington honored staff member Anna Kallman with the Devereux Supervisory Excellence Award.

The award is presented annually to a meritorious supervisor who demonstrates a steadfast commitment to the mission of the school, as well as conveys a high standard of integrity and ethics while nurturing professional and individual growth of his or her staff.

Kallman was recognized for her conscientiousness during the parents’ weekend celebration in early May.

Glenholme Executive Director Maryann Campbell detailed the commendations Kallman received.

Since joining the school in the spring of 2015, Kallman provides supervision and oversight of the clinical department.

Her commitment to excellence is evident in her flexibility, leadership, follow-through and extensiveness in skill development plans.

In addition, Kallman has developed new initiatives to address student treatment particularly in the areas of anxiety and trauma-related care while taking a lead role in the equestrian-assisted therapy program.
