The New Milford Planning Commission will hold a public hearing July 1 at 6:45 p.m. to consider the adoption of the proposed 2010 New Milford Plan of Conservation and Development

The hearing will be held in the E. Paul Martin Room at Town Hall.

After hearing a brief overview of the plan, attendees will be able to provide input on the proposed plan.

Copies of the proposed plan are available for review at Town Hall in the Planning Commission office and town clerk's office. A copy is also available for review at the New Milford Public Library on Main Street and on the town's Website at www.newmilford.org.

The New Milford Town Council is also reviewing the plan and is expected to offer its input to the Planning Commission.

The plan is being prepared with the assistance of Planimetrics, an Avon-based land use planning and consulting firm which assists towns with preparation of Plans of Conservation and Development.
