James S. Udelsman, 62, of New Milford, died suddenly Nov. 18. He was the husband of Kathleen Udelsman.

He was employed by Raymour & Flannigan in Brookfield.

He was a previous co-owner of Udelco in Nyack, N.Y., with his brother, Charles, and mother, Grace.

Mr. Udelsman enjoyed gardening, spending time at the lake and being with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Rebecca, of New Milford, and Lauren, of Wesley Hills, N.Y.; a son, Graham, and his wife, Justina, and their daughter Amelia, of Suffern, N.Y.; a stepdaughter, Kayla, and her husband, Tom, of San Diego; two brothers, Charles, and his wife, Susan, of Ridgewood, N.J., and David, and his wife, Lisa, of Hollis, N.H., and their sons Evan and Tim. He was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Grace Udelsman.

The Lillis Funeral Home in New Milford was in charge of arrangements.
