The Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington will offer two programs in the coming days.

A “Nature’s Bounty: Foraging for a Healthy Lifestyle” program with Andy Dobos and Deneen Bernier of Three Red Trees School of Natural Living will be offered May 15 from 1 to 4 p.m. and a “Plants, Dirt & Bugs” program with Steve Juraj, a field specialist in food and agriculture from the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension, May 21 at 10:30 a.m.
