The Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington will offer a winter tracking program Jan. 25 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Primitive skills technologist Jamie Leffler will lead the walk through the woods identifying animal tracks, interpreting gait and other behaviors from track patterns, as well as demonstrate the technique of creating fire from friction and basic winter survival skills.

CT Educators may earn 0.2 CEUs.

The cost is $10 for adults, $8 for IAIS members and $6 for children.
