The Kent Historical Society will offer an historic holiday house tour focusing on structures built in the 18th and early 19th century in Kent Hollow Dec. 10 from noon to 4:30 p.m.

Seven homes, most all of which date from the Colonial era, will be featured. One house is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Advance tickets are $45 at and at the Heron Gallery, Kent Wine & Spirit and the town clerk’s office, and $60 the day of the tour.

The tour will begin at the Swift House at 12 Maple St., where ticket holders will get a map to the houses.

Tickets may also be purchased that day at the Swift House from 11 a.m. through the afternoon.

At the end of the day, guests are invited back at the Swift House for beverages.
