The Warren Congregational Church was alive with holiday cheer last Saturday, Nov. 14 during its annual Silver Tea.

The event featured the sale of handcrafted items and homemade baked goods, many of them holiday oriented, as well as white elephant and kids' corners. The highlight of the day, however, was the array of sandwiches and other finger foods and tea and coffee available.

Patrons could make a donation toward the food, select what they wanted and dine at seasonally decorated tables, before or after shopping for holiday gift items.
