Henry Willrich, 91, had been tool, die maker
Henry O. Willrich, 91, of Danbury, husband of Lily Willrich, died Oct. 26 with his family at his side.
Mr. Willrich was born June 8, 1921, in Frankfurt, Germany, to the late Karl and Bertha Willrich.
His life was devoted to his wife, his children and the love of his work as a tool and die maker.
In addition to his wife of 71 years, Mr. Willrich is survived by his children, Medora Klesch, of Brookfield; his daughter, Laura deMattei, and her husband, Anthony deMattei, of New Fairfield; a son, Carl Willrich, of New Milford; three grandsons, James Reynolds, of New Milford, Christopher Klesch, of Bristol, and John Klesch, of South Burlington, Vt.; two great-grandsons, Ethan and Mason Klesch, of South Burlington; two sisters, Charlotte Farrell, of Hawaii, and Margaret Dominski, of Nevada; and several nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Carl Willrich; a sister, Gertrude Such; a son-in-law, John Klesch; and his only and special granddaughter, Danae deMattei.
The Cornell Memorial Home in Danbury was in charge of arrangements.
