WASHINGTON — The Humane Organization Representing Suffering Equines (H.O.R.S.E. of Connecticut), now celebrating its 40th year, will hold its second fall music festival on Saturday, Sept. 25, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a rain date of Sunday, Sept. 26.

This event features three bands: “The Red Hots,” “Dirt Road Pickers” and “Charm City Exiles.”

All seating areas will be outdoors on the lawn and spaces are limited. Call to reserve tickets.

Ticket prices are $25 per person, $20 for seniors and kids under18. Due to insurance regulations, no one is allowed under 16.

Bring chairs and blankets. Food and refreshments will be available. Please call or visit for more information. All the proceeds go directly toward helping to care for our many horses. There is also a tack shop with a huge variety of other saddles, bridles, blankets, boots, helmets, grooming equipment and new and used equine clothing.
