Glenholme to hold Run for Autism

The Devereux Glenholme School in Washington will host a Run for Autism Nov. 23.
The 5K event will start at 10 a.m. at Steep Rock Preservation, 2 Tunnel Road.
The course is relatively flat, along a narrow dirt road, and hugs the Shepaug River.
Advance registration is $15, and race-day registration will be $20.
Registration will be from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m.
The first 100 registrants will receive a commemorative water bottle.
Prizes will be awarded in all divisions, and special awards will be given to the top male and female finishers.
Glenholme is a therapeutic boarding school for students with high-functioning autism spectrum disorders including Asperger's, and various social, emotional and learning differences.
