Glenholme raises funds at Run for Autism
Glenholme School in Washington recently raised $4,000 for scholarships through its sixth annual 5K Run for Autism.
The Nov. 10 event drew a crowd of more than 150 runners and 15 canines.
The top male finisher was Eric Morse of Berlin, Vt., who finished the course in 19:33.
Ali Psomas of New Milford was the top female with a time of 23:50.
The school received sponsorships from Kent Station Pharmacy, Proprium Capital, the Steep Rock Association, Alladin Food Services, Alarm Services, Full Circle Promos, The Pantry, Fast Track Timing, ASAP, the SRC SICU Crew, Kee Limousine, Washington EMS, Litchfield Ford, Rumsey Hall School, Marandola Fuel, Mr. Tent and Washington Supply.
The Glenholme School is a boarding and day school for students with high functioning autism spectrum disorders and various social, emotional and learning differences in Washington.
