Geraldine E. Kadak, 70, died Nov. 15 at her home in Roanoke, Va. She was the wife of George Leonard Kadak.

She was born Aug. 13, 1942, the daughter of Frank and Ernestine Lewis Edwards.

She had been employed as an executive assistant at the Ethan Allen corporate headquarters.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Jodi Beckett, and her husband, John, of New Milford; Katherine Kadak and Chris Banta, of New Fairfield; a son, Scott Kadak, and his wife, Ann Marie, of Forrest, Va.; two brothers, Larry Edwards, of Belen, N.M., and Al Batts, of Jacksonville, Fla.; and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, and two brothers, Lane Edwards and Phil Edwards.

The Quattlebaum Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
